FEE SCHEDULES
All consultations include:
- the 5-10 hours it generally takes to
evaluate your interior and exterior space
- a
written report (see sample)

three weeks, at least, of email exchange
Payment must be received before booking a date for your consultation. However, payments will ordinarily not be processed until the day of service.
Internet Consultation
You send photos,
digital photos, and/or blueprints to a special email address and
receive five rather
than the usual three weeks of email exchange. You also receive an
extensive written evaluation. A great value and excellent
choice for those on a budget!

Local Consultation
This is for an on-site consultation of a home or small business located in Ft. Collins, Loveland, or Greeley, Colorado; Cheyenne, Pine Bluffs, or Laramie Wyoming; or Sydney Nebraska.
$125
Regional Consultation
This is for an on-site consultation of a home or small business located between 60 and 400 miles from Cheyenne. It includes 2 days of service (tracking down good referrals in your area, doing night observations, etc.) It also includes 50% off a consultation (on or immediately following the same date of the original consultation) at a different location.
$350 plus mileage
Work in Other Regions
This is for an on-site consultation of a home or small business located outside the regions outlined above. It includes 3 days of service (tracking down good referrals in your area, doing night observations, etc.) It also includes 50% off a consultation (on or immediately following the same date of the original consultation) at a different location, and an extra 3 weeks of email correspondence for no extra charge. Airfare, car rental, lodging, and other transportations expenses are to be covered by the client(s). Sometimes several clients near each other can pool resources to make transportation expenses work out better.
